Being such large topics, each half-term we focus especially on one of the themes. The Daily Collective Act of Worship resources are developed to focus explicitly on that term's Catholic Social Teaching focus. Each week they take a theme from that Sunday’s bible readings and explore it through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching. 

During each focused half term additional events are put on to promote the theme. One of these will always be a whole school activity, like doing a whole school litter pick during our focus on Care of Creation and the Environment. The other activities, like running the apiary, act as opportunities for going deeper into the theme for those who really wish to explore it fully.
