Initial Interest Form
Please complete the online Initial Interest Form by Friday 5th December 2025. This form helps us to gauge the level of interest in different subjects and to identify the combinations of courses students are most keen to study. We then work hard to design our subject option blocks to enable as many students as possible to take their preferred combinations. Please be aware that while we make every effort to accommodate students’ preferred subject combinations, we cannot guarantee that all choices will be available.

Subject Option Blocks and Full e-Application
Once the subject option blocks are published in January 2026, students will be invited to complete the full e-application form. Applicants will be asked to select three subjects for Sixth Form study, ensuring that each subject is chosen from a different option block.
Once all the applications have been received, the students will be interviewed by the Sixth Form team to ensure that the appropriate choices have been made.

Parents and students are reminded that the deadline for applications to the Sixth Form is TBC. Applications received after this date will be treated as late entries.
